Separates gpflow.utilities.utilities into gpflow.utilities.misc and gpflow.utilities.traversal. Though user code ought to access all functions directly through gpflow.utilities, not its submodules, a backwards-compatible redirect is provided. Also moves tests around to improve module structure.
