Cilium reads CNP yaml if `static-cnp-path` is specified in cilium config. It converts to rules and add those rules to policy engine. This allows admin to configure policy to not allow traffic to certain secure infrastructure endpoints from pods running in cloud. Signed-off-by: Tamilmani <tamanoha@microsoft.com>
