[GL/SurfaceGrid] Access min / max point via interface methods.
 
- don't modify the bounding box in SurfaceGrid
- access the minimal / maximal point of the AABB
  via public interface functions.
- Using auto for minimal / maximal point to
  get independent from the point type.
