To do that, we need
- Longer timeout period, because it takes more time to compute
intermediary state, and the block time in the scenarios is very
short
- Correctly encoded mutated inputs, so that the echo kernel moves
them in the outbox; otherwise, the mutated message is no longer in
the tree at the end of the commitment period, leading to the same
context hash
