* improvements and clarifications to the handling of num_latent. Also fizes the coregion notebook * removing leftover debug lines * adding a regression test for the wrong number of latent functions in a switched likelihood * Pass num_latent to GPModel in SGPMC * Pass num_latent to GPModel in GPMC * Pass num_latent to GPModel in SVGP * Removed ignore notebooks argument in travis config * Let codecov ignore the doc notebooks
