Implement a new optimizer with static types. Generic cost-independent optimization will be run for query shapes, allowing to reuse most optimization logic from backends. As a second step, iterator tree is built and optimized again to account for index sizes and to materialize individual query parts. graphmock: new package with mock quadstore implementations iterator: allow to specify size of materialize
