has a check for ROW==E->lmesh.NOZ[level] && E->parallel.me_loc[3]==E->parallel.nprocz-1 while the full version has ROW==E->mesh.NOZ[level]) && (E->parallel.me_loc[3]==E->parallel.nprocz-1) )
