Replaced several trig function evaluations in Size_does_matter.c
 
witht he precomputed SinCos arrays for speedup. 

Experimental ellipticity implementation has been improved somewhat,
and made accessible only when -DALLOW_ELLIPTICAL is set. This was
necessary to not slow the spherical version of the code down with if
statements.
