For a fitted model that used a large number of quadrature points,

between the model matrix and the quadrature scheme.

In rare cases, the simulated point pattern
included multiple points at the origin (0,0).

BUG FIXES

returned as a finite value. Thus profilepl did not always
work correctly for models with a hard core.
